How ServeHub works
Pick a service, choose a date and time slot, and tell us what you're willing to pay. Every offer is reviewed by a person.
Checkout is handled by Stripe with card, Cash App Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and digital wallets. Deposits are 25%.
No job starts until an administrator reviews the request, assigns a verified worker and confirms your appointment.
Request a new slot from your booking history at no charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Insurance, licensing and the law
You should feel completely at ease working with us. ServeHub maintains general liability coverage for the work we coordinate, and every professional we assign is required to carry and keep current the insurance and licensing their trade demands.
- General liability coverage. Work coordinated through ServeHub is covered by an active commercial liability policy. Certificates are available on request.
- Licensed trades. Contractors performing work valued at $500 or more are required to hold a current CSLB license, and licence numbers are verified before assignment.
- Workers' compensation. Crews with employees must carry workers' compensation as required by California Labor Code.
- Consumer protections. We follow California consumer, privacy (CCPA/CPRA) and home-solicitation rules, including your three-day right to cancel qualifying contracts.
